Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for clients remotely and onsite
• Manage IT systems, servers, and workstations
• Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues
• Document support activities and follow up with clients

Requirements: Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, basic networking knowledge.

Experience: 3+ years in cybersecurity

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze security incidents
• Implement security measures and risk mitigation
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
• Prepare security reports and recommendations

Requirements: CISSP/CISM or equivalent, strong analytical skills, experience with SIEM tools.
